I had a wonderful experience at the Cozumel Hotel and Resort. The ability to dive straight from the hotel was a huge bonus. The dining provided some great meals, though some items could have been warmer. While the room met my expectations, a couple of minor issues distracted from the comfort. Overall, it was a good value for money and I'd gladly return.

I really enjoyed my stay here with lots of friendly staff ready to assist. The snorkeling right off the hotel beach was fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the heat in August can be quite overwhelming, especially during walks to the town. The pool was also warmer than expected and not very refreshing. Overall, for what I paid, it offered great value, with an amazing breakfast buffet.
